ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Media Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of media agency networks with some experience in media sales, preferably. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the delivery of campaigns from start to finish, working closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and delivered on time and to budget.
• Respond to briefs by creating compelling, well-structured proposals for the agencies.
• Track the performance of the campaign by preparing daily/ weekly reports and working on End -of-Campaign reports.
• Help on administrative tasks related to the campaigns such as preparing of booking orders/ Insertion Orders (IOs), Contracts, Daily Reports based upon the templates provided.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency networks and key stakeholders, and develop strategies to grow our agency business.

REQUIREMENTS

• Some experience of working in a media agency.
• Passion for digital media.
• Comfortable to deal with numbers.
• Detailed oriented.
• Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills.
• Positive and professional work attitude.
