MEDIA SALES MANAGER – AGENCY RELATIONS

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Media Sales Manager with a strong background in agency relations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and growing relationships with agency networks, with experience in media sales or a good understanding of agency networks. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency networks and key stakeholders, and develop strategies to grow our agency business.
  • Manage and drive revenue growth from agency accounts, ensuring targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Manage the delivery of campaigns from start to finish, working closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and delivered on time and to budget.
  • Create and present proposals to agencies, working with the wider team to develop compelling solutions.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting and forecasting of sales activity to senior management, highlighting any risks and opportunities.
  • Track all deal IDs and closely monitor pipeline report in an effort to achieve sales targets. Keep the process of reporting and billing (IO, invoice, contract, etc.) on track.
  • Continually monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing regular updates and recommendations to the wider team.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in media sales or a strong understanding of agency networks, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth.
  • Strong relationships with agency networks and key stakeholders in Vietnam.
  • Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the wider team to develop strategies and solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with discipline of follow ups.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Experience managing the delivery of campaigns and creating new business proposals and pitches.
